An Appeal to Rlps Alumni

Pt. Vishwanath Sharma Hindu Charitable Trust has grand plans to upgrade infrastructure of RLPS in a big way which may require funds worth Tens of Crores of rupees. Here is an opportunity for able, efficient & highly placed members of RLPS alumni to contribute for the cause of education by making the funds available and thus see their mother institute by leaps and bounds. To maintain transparency RLPS management will time to time show the details of the contribution thus received from alumni and expenditure incurred in providing state of the art infrastructure in RLPS to put your beloved on international arena.

Aims and Objects of Alumni Association

The aims and objects for which the Association is established, are as under

1. To provide a forum for old students of Rani Laxmibai Public School, Jhansi, enabling them to have the needed interaction, networking, exchange of ideas & thoughts and to foster fellowship and unity of members engaged in various work of life.
2. To perpetuate and foster mutually beneficial interaction between the Alumni and the present students of the School.
3. To give due recognition and regards to the working and retired teachers of the School by organizing public functions.
4. To organize seminars and discourses focusing on the current problems confronting the present educational system, to highlight the importance of moral values and to inculcate the feeling of nationalism and universal brotherhood.
5. To honour the distinguished students, faculty and Alumni who have shown exceptional brilliance and accomplishment in their respective fields.
6. To involve the members of the association in the activities useful to the society and Nation with spirit of dedication and devotion.
7. To uphold the prestige of ALMA MATER in an appropriate manner at all times and in all places.
8. To establish, maintain and conduct a social body of the ex-student of Rani Laxmibai Public School, Jhansi with a sole purpose of promoting literature, arts, science, cultural and social activities.
9. To promote and encourage continued dialogue between Alumni and the School Community.
10. To assist Rani Laxmibai Public School in furthering its interest and realizing its objectives towards enhancement of the social utility of their ALMA MATER.
11. To provide aid to needy and deserving students either directly or indirectly through scholarships.
12. To help ex-students of Rani Laxmibai Public School, Jhansi in finding employment and/or source of livelihood.
13. To work and serve for betterment of the society in accordance with the RLPian spirit.
14. To engage and assist in such other philanthropic activities as may be deemed appropriate be the Executive Committee of the association.
15. To do all such acts, deeds, matters and things as may be deemed incidental or conducive to the forgoing objects.
16. To accept subscriptions, donations, devices and bequest from individuals and associations & to raise funds by organising charity shows and other lawful means for all or any other purpose aforesaid.
17. To play a constructive role in the shaping of public policies in favour of secularism, alleviation of poverty, empowerment of women upliftment of the marginalized, safe guarding of human rights, preservation of the environment and spread of literacy.
